What is TIMETRUST?

TIMETRUST is the premier Time and Attendance Management System and is based on biometric technology to protect the integrity of your time keeping. TIMETRUST is designed from the first screen to the last to take advantage of Touch Screen Technology. TIMETRUST was developed by needs expressed by our customers. We have over 40 years of experience with Wage and Hour issues. We have tried to anticipate your needs and have incorporated those needs into the workflow of our software. We listen to our customers and develop software to meet their needs.

Biometric Technology ensures that the employee at the timeclock is actually that employee. No longer will you have to worry about someone punching in for a friend or buddy (buddy punching). INTERFACE

The TIMETRUST user interface is simple and easy to use. User accesses desired application simply by touching the appropriate button.  All of the screens are designed with touch buttons for daily activities. From the daily clockin process to requesting leave at the clock to reviewing your schedule for the week or the month as well as your time actually worked in any week or month, TIMETRUST is easy. 

DESIGN

TIMETRUST was designed with our user input.  Each step of the time process is intuitive and easy to follow. The back office application allows management easy access to reports and data necessary for administering your time and attendance with TIMETRUST. Updates to your software are covered in your service agreement and are automated to ensure that you have the latest version of TIMETRUST at all times.

WEB Interface

TIMETRUST is a web based system. Access to reporting/management tasks is available from any popular web browser from the TIMETRUST site.
